Con Angelides (Chief Pilot – Head
of Check and Training, Global Jet International)
Professional Pilot with an extensive background
in advanced training, airline and corporate
flying. Con has logged over 17,000 hours
in a variety of aircraft, including DC9,
Lear Jet 20 and 30 series, Westwind and
Citation 500, 550 and 650. His corporate
experience has been in the capacity of Chief
Pilot with check & training privileges,
on the above aircraft. Con is also an ATO
(Approved Test Officer) with Australia’s
CASA and his delegations include testing
of Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating
for Initial Issue and Renewal, including
Initial Issue of Multi Engine Testing Approval
to Flight Instructors. Con is also a consultant
to the industry on matters of AOC issues,
Simulation in training, Aircraft purchases
and staff appointments.
