Air Commodore (Retd) A.M. Ganapathy is an ex–Indian Air Force Officer with over 4300 hours of experience in Fighter Aircraft. He is a Qualified Flight Instructor with 10 years of experience in imparting flight instruction on 07 different types of aircraft. A graduate from the Defense Service Staff College and College of Combat, he is also an M.Phil in Defense and Management Studies. His prestigious military appointments include that of Examiner of Military Aircrew and Commander of a Military Airbase. He is a member of the Aeronautical Society of India. He is widely traveled and he has established close business contact with aircraft operators in Europe & USA. His responsibilities include that of ensuring quality and standards in service provided, as well as business development of the company. He has wide experience in interacting with government and civil departments. He has over 40 years experience in the aviation industry.
 
  Chris Kasapis BE(Mechatronics)/BCS Un. Melb. – Currently Completing PhD (Motion Simulation) Qualified Robotics and Mechatronics Systems Engineer with a very diverse working background, including development work in Australia’s Department of Defence (DSTO – Airframes and Engines Division), in Robert Bosch Australia (Vehicle Stability and Body Electronics Division) and Vision Systems Limited (Invetech Biomedical Instrument Development Division). Finally, after many years in the industry developing his Engineering Design and Quality Assurance skills, Chris chose to dedicate his efforts towards the research and development of safer pilot training methods, and creating a quantum leap in aviation simulation methods. Chris’ work is part of his PhD thesis, titled “Motion Simulation Optimisation with Reduced Actuation”, and he is regarded as a World Authority on motion simulation methods and algorithms for small scale motion systems. Chris’ work was ultimately the basis behind the development of Simulation Centre Australia’s product range, which form the current revolution in pilot training tools.
Capt. Con Angelides (Chief Pilot – Head of Check and Training, Global Jet International) Professional Pilot with an extensive background in advanced training, airline and corporate flying. Con has logged over 17,000 hours in a variety of aircraft, including DC9, Lear Jet 20 and 30 series, Westwind and Citation 500, 550 and 650. His corporate experience has been in the capacity of Chief Pilot with check & training privileges, on the above aircraft. Con is also an ATO (Approved Test Officer) with Australia’s CASA and his delegations include testing of Multi Engine Command Instrument Rating for Initial Issue and Renewal, including Initial Issue of Multi Engine Testing Approval to Flight Instructors. Con is also a consultant to the industry on matters of AOC issues, Simulation in training, Aircraft purchases and staff appointments.
